You have chosen GHANA in West Africa

What you can now see on this website is the result of extensive market research and ‘on the ground’ experience via extensive touring, and regular contacts with top-level personnel in Ghana.

Research has also been going on in the UK to establish the quality of what is on offer in Ghana.  TRAVELagenda has been endorsed by the Ghanaian High Commission in London as well as the Ministry of Tourism and, in the recent past, the Ghana@50 personnel in Ghana .... as well as many in the private sector, both in the UK and in Ghana.

Ghana has so much to see and experience and 2007 was a very special year as the country celebrated its 50th Anniversary as a Republic.  It became independent from British Colonial Rule in 1957 but it has never lost its traditional values which are exemplified by festivals and many other cultural events.  Become aware of Ghana as a new tourist destination worth visiting and you will not be disappointed by the experience.

Now that you have chosen Ghana, all the TRAVELagenda buttons on this page are immediately active.  So Discover Ghana and check out the photo gallery and interactive maps so that you can plan what you want to see.  Even find out when special events are happening throughout the year.  Check the weather and the currency, go shopping and even think about investing in Ghana as there’s tremendous potential for that too !
